Censor Multiple Area in a Photo



How to Blur or Censor Multiple area in a Photo?
It is another installment for Photoshop Tips series, and back to back post of Censoring / Blur Image via Adobe Photoshop. In both previous posts we have disclosed that how to Blur entire image or censor it and how to Blur/Censor face in Image/Photo/Picture using Adobe Photoshop. So now it's another similar article but this post will let you to know multiple selection to blur/censor picture. You will be able to learn, Censor many parts or multiple areas of a Picture/Image/Photo instantly and quickly using Adobe Photoshop, i.e Face, Monograms etc. This Tutorial was performed in Adobe Photoshop CC, and the same method will work for most versions of Photoshop so this Program is required to perform this tutorial regarding censoring images.

I have shown in my post, Censoring Football Star Cristiano Ronaldo Face, Team Logo and Sponsors Logos for the general purpose as a demonstration. After following this article you will easily learn how to do so and you become familiar to this procedure once following the steps shown in this tutorial.

Step-by-Step Methods:

  1. Open your Picture in "ADOBE PHOTOSHOP".
  2. Right Click on Rectangular Marquee Tool from Left Side Tool Panel then Click on "ELLIPTICAL MARQUEE TOOL".
  3. Now use Left Mouse Click to "DRAW CIRCLE" over face.
  4. For multi-selection, Press and Hold "SHIFT" key from keyboard and draw another circle.
    (You can select many areas by holding shift key and make selection by drawing)
  5. Go to "FILTER>>BLUR>>BOX BLUR" by Top Menu Bar.
  6. Box Blur small window will be open, increase or decrease "RADIUS PIXELS" by yourself.
  7. Finally Hit "OK" button and you can use "CTRL + S" to save changes.
