Step-by-Step Method:

  1. Open your Image in "ADOBE PHOTOSHOP".
  2. In Top Menu Bar, Go to "FILTER>>BLUR>>BOX BLUR".
  3. Box Blur small window will be open, increase or decrease "RADIUS PIXELS" by yourself.
  4. Finally Hit "OK" button and you can use "CTRL + S" to save changes.
